recorded program cut.

On occasions my Foxsat will not let me enter a recording schedule stating it is clashing with another program, after checking I find that there is no conflicting schedule times entered so this remains a mystery. Also again on the odd occasions a scheduled prog has ended way to early or has started near the actual end of the program.
Is there a description of what the icons that appear against the recorded programs mean the green and black one for instance.
