27808 is this "Together TV IP" service which replaced the previous incarnation of the "Together TV+1" service.
Looks like somebody forgot to change the service type, so they now have the bizarre situation of something that identifies as normal video but delivered as IP, with IP in the name, in the data/streamed section of the EPG.
It's also the only one of these sort of "Streamed" services that's on COM6 - all the rest are on COM4.
 
Not quite. It was just a name change, but they should know there is more to it than that. The previous one that brought 27808 to its prior state has gone from my logs (~ 28 Aug 2023) but involved an LCN change from 90 to 285 (that was the first time they got it wrong). Here's the sum total of last week's changes:
